Whip Smart Technologies Ltd. is responsible for the information collected through the Reserved waitlist.

What we collect and why

Your email is required to send the early-access and launch emails you request. Name, profile selections, a short description if you choose “Other”, and referral source are optional; they help us personalise the invitation and understand interest in Reserved. If you arrive through a tagged link, we carry its campaign labels between waitlist pages and save them with your signup to understand which publications or campaigns bring people to Reserved. No extra tracking cookies are used. Choosing “Prefer not to say” in the referral question prevents these labels being saved. We also record your signup time and the wording and version of your email permission.

Do not supply tax identifiers, bank details or financial documents. This page has no analytics or advertising trackers. An essential session cookie protects the form and helps limit repeated submissions. It expires when your browser session ends. Temporary opaque rate-limit records expire after an hour; the signup service does not store IP addresses.

Your choice

We rely on your consent for waitlist participation and these emails. The email checkbox starts unchecked. This permission covers Reserved early-access and launch news, not unrelated marketing. You can withdraw consent and request deletion without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Storage and retention

Signup records are stored on Railway in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services. Resend sends administrative signup alerts to our monitored business inbox; these alerts contain no subscriber contact or profile details. Our service providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and security logs, and may process information outside the UK. Their data-processing terms provide safeguards for international transfers. The signup database follows the retention period below.

Waitlist entries are kept for up to 12 months from signup unless you withdraw sooner. Joining the list does not create a Reserved product account. We do not sell this list.

You may request access, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of processing, and portability where applicable. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
